 Rachel spearheads Lotus Medical and Health Clinic, a health and wellness center specializing in Asian Medicine. With over 10 years of experience and an extensive educational background to support her practice, Rachel’s goal is to make Asian Medicine not only accessible, but routine for patients seeking treatment for a variety of challenges, including depression, addiction, allergies, acne, post-surgery healing and healthy aging.
Rachel is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. Her clinical skills include Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Moxibustion, Gua Sha, Auricular Medicine, Healthy Lifestyle Planning and stress reduction. She has completed advanced professional study in a variety of areas such as Facial and Cosmetic Acupuncture and Rejuvenation, Spiritual Psychology and has studied Advanced Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at China Beijing International Acupuncture Training Center. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine and will soon complete her Doctorate in Chinese Medicine.
Her goal is to have a multi-disciplinary medical clinic in the South Bay and Los Angeles area and to establish a free/low-cost sister center serving the impoverished people of Brazil. Rachel speaks English and Portuguese.
